LogMeIn Free gives you the flexibility to access and control your PCs or Macs from anywhere. It's safe, easy and completely free.

1. Click on the "Download LogMeIn Free" link above.
2. Enter your Email Address and for the password, use the word factory
3. From here you will be taken to a page that either begins the software download or provides a link to download the software. if the software does not download, click the link to download the software.
4. Install the software
5. Agree to license agreement
6. Select "Typical" for install
7. For computer description, enter your name and computer type. Ex: John Doe HP Desktop
8. For computer access code enter: factory3

Once the software finishes installing, close all browsers and log into the LogMeIn website: http://www.LogMeIn.com with the email address and password you created when you downloaded the software.

1. You will then be taken to the My Computers page. If not, then click on the my computers link anywhere on the page.
2. Click on "Advanced View"
3. Click on "Users" on the left navigation bar
4. Click on "Add New Administrator"

That's it. For the first month or so, you will be given a version of LogMeIn Pro, and after that trial period is over, you will have a version of LogMeIn Free. If you like the service enough, then you can pay for a subscription to utilize its other functionality, but that is up to you.
