Every person has a story. Which is why since 2003, Story Corps has been traveling the county recording people''s stories. So far there are 50,000. Something tells me this is a pretty big source of inspiration for This America Life, or many other NPR shows, but then again I could be wrong. If you are into those kinds of radio shows, you might be into Story Corps site. Check it out...

'Don''t sit so close to the TV, you will ruin your eyes!!!' We heard that a lot as kids. Now it seems to be 'don''t sit so close to the HDTV or you will ruin your investment!' This website is designed for the specially challenged so that you can determine the correct viewing distance for your HDTV using their viewing di...stance calculator. Apparently, this is a big deal.
